So today 1 am reviewing BIOCARE Grapes mud mask which is meant for Replenishing & Rejuvenation, Moisturization & Nourishment, Radiance & Glow

Product promises:

• Helps to replenish you skin & restore essential moisture
• Helps in leaving skin radiant & refreshed

Ingredients:

It contains grapes, chamomile oil, fullers earth, aloe-vera gel and many more.

Method of use:

Apply evenly on face and let it dry for about 20 mins. Wash off well.

My experience with this:

It makes my skin soft and fresh. Moisturizes my dry skin. I don't know how it will turn out for oily skin.

The jar packaging is quite messy to handle. A tube packaging would have been easier to use.

Happy Romantic Monsoon!! The best thing about this season is that you don't have to worry about the sun while going out. But does that mean you can skip your sunscreen??? NO. No matter how cloudy it is...skipping your sunscreen is not done.

For I have an ultra dry skin and no sunscreen suits me.Especially the ones which are sweat free. They clog my pores giving me breakouts. This week, I have and outing for my school and need to stay the whole day out, so my would-be bought me a

At first, I would say that this sunscreen has a beautiful smell. It's refreshing. Secondly, it does not control sweat. Yes , you heard it right...it doesn't control sweat. Sweating under the sun is natural...and prevents breakouts.
It gas SPF 24 and has both UVA and UVB control mechanism.

Lakme is a reliable brand for ages, and suits me greatly. I would recommend this for dry skin people.

Maybelline Sensational Lip Color Totally Toffee

Long time since we have posted in this blog....we apologize for that. Never the less Team Bong is back with their posts for you.
Today I am going to review a lipstick from Maybelline, which I am really fond of. Its a day wear lipstick which you can carry off at your work. For a night wear, it gives the perfect natural lip look to go with your heavy eyes.

Maybelline Sensational Lip Color Totally Toffee
(Shade 215)

Pros

• The colour is very soothing and can be worn even through out day in this summer.
• It's moisturizing and keeps the lips soft.
• Does not need to be stored in the refrigerator.
• Easily spreads evenly.

 Cons

• Is not waterproof
• Comes off quite easily

My Experience
I really like this product mainly because of the rich moisturizing texture. It keeps my lips soft. The packaging is also good. As it does not require refrigeration, I can easily carry in in my purse.
The colour is absolutely natural and soothing.

It’s time for shopping and a review again!! This time it's a nail polish from the most common brand and every girl's favorite too that is Elle 18!!  This time I tried a different color from Elle 18 color pops collection, it’s a dark green color and the product number is 13.

I have always  found of Elle 18 products.  I prefer sporting the trendy nail paints from Elle 18. The glittery look of color pops always delights me. However the colour doesn't stay intact for more than a day. (At thid price, I think this is the best they can offer)

Garnier Skin Naturals Body Cocoon - Review

Today I am here with the review of a product very useful during winter.  I have had enough experiences of body moisturizers which are unable to keep the skin supple for long hours. And those that do keep the skin moisturized are way too oily. Body Cocoon by Garnier seems to serve the purpose best. Probably this is the only Garnier product which suits me.

My experience

I find the consistency of the cream just right. It is neither too thin nor too creamy. So gets easily absorbed and keeps the skin moisturized for long hours. Not at all sticky..which is a relief.

The packaging is good and is easy to use. Has a mild pleasant fragrance.  After application you can feel the difference. It hydrates the skin  instantly. Once my foot cream finished and my heels were extremely dry. I applied this moisturizer in good quantity before going to bed and viola! My heels were soft in the morning. :D

I will give Garnier Skin Naturals Body Cocoon a 5 out of 5. Will definitely continue using it.

Gala of London: Classic Red - Review

Hello Beautiful ladies,

Its time for a good product review and yes, I am going to review a red lipstick. This one is from Gala of London. The shade is E06 Classic Red.
It is a matte lipstick but the bold hue makes it stand out. Great wear for winter when you can wear as much as bright colours and not look bad.

Pros
provides a bold matte colour
colour has long lasting duration
gives a smooth matte look
is moisturizing and does not dry lips
gives me a gorgeous look

Cons
Long lasting colour becomes difficult to remove sometimes. Even after removal, leaves behind a reddish tinge on lips.

My Experience
I do wear this quite often, however I am quite conscious about my overall look when I wear this. You couple it with white top and denim jeans for a casual outing. If going to a party , can wear it with your simple black dress. The look would be bold and beautiful.

I will rate Gala of London, Classic Red 3 out of 5.
Will not buy this again if I get something better.

Nail Trend Nail Enamel (by Reliance) - Review

Hope you are enjoying the pre-winter season and enjoying our posts. Let me share with you my recent discovery when I went for grocery shopping at my nearest Reliance fresh outlet. I always get busy shopping and hardly noticed that Reliance also has their cosmetic products. They other day I saw their range of nail paints Nail Trend Nail Enamel, and bought one for myself. My one is Coral Pink (Number - P02)

Product description
is matte based
gives a thick coating so two coats are enough
dries up quickly
gives a matte finish look to the nails
stays for over a week

Packaging
Bottles are well packed. Each bottle contains 5 ml.

Price
I bought two for rs 50 only :D Look at my smile, even I couldn't believe it.

My Experience
I am a nail polish freak! I keep on collecting nail polish of every colour. This one is coral pink . The colour is subtle and looks great on my hands.

L'Oreal Paris White Perfect Night Cream - Review

With the dry season approaching, even my oily skin is showing signs of drying. Every night I would go to sleep with e slight dryness around my cheeks which would worsen by morning. So tried out my hand on L'Oreal Paris White Perfect Night Cream. I have heard about it's effectiveness in reducing spots which is why I was so eager to buy it. 

Packaging

It comes it a tub like glass jar. Sometimes I find it a bit messy. I always prefer tubes over jars.

Price

I bought it for Rs 650/- for 50 ml

Product Description

The creme is whitish with a purplish tinge. It gets absorbed quickly and is not very thick. Though the product is for all skin types, I having oily skin apply it in very little quantity to avoid break outs. Also the texture of the creme is such that a little amount is enough. People with dry skin might take a greater quantity.

My Experience

My complexion is moderately fair but I had light red spots on my cheeks. I have been using this for  a week now, and all my spots have gone. Yippee!!!

I had never thought that it could be so effective and that too so quickly. 

When I wake up in the morning, my skin is spotless and fresh. It looks healthier. :)

I am in love with L'Oreal Paris White Perfect Night Cream and will give it a 5 out of 5

Will definitely buy it again.

Hola lovey ladies !

Eyeliner and kajal - indispensable products without which we are incomplete. I have used eyeliners and kajals from many brands -  Avon, VLCC, Lotus Herbals, Shahnaz, Himalaya, Lakme Kohl, Maybelline Collosal, Maybelline Gel Liner and Elle 18. Amongst all these I can blindly say...Maybelline Lasting Drama Gel Liner is the BEST.

Packaging
Comes in a plastic tub which is very easy to use.
The liner brush is soft and easily glides on. It can be used to wear a thin stroke as well.

Price
I got it for Rs 450/-

Pros
The liner is creamy and thus allows smooth application.
The colour is dark black and enhances your eyes.
Does not wash off with water or smudge during summer time.
Remains intact until removed with an eye make up remover.
No matter how thin or thick you wear it, the pigment is clearly visible.

Cons
Does not come off easily with other brand eye makeup remover.
If cap of the liner tub is not closed tightly, the gel dries up.
Dust of dried up liner sometimes enters my eye causing irritation when I am wearing lens for long hours.

I will give Maybelline Lasting Drama Gel Liner a 4.5 out of 5

Biotique Botanicals Bio Chlorophyll Gel - Review

It's November and the weather is confusing. At times its humid but skin has started drying. People like me with an oily skin, search for creme or gel that is moisturizing yet not oily but all the effort is useless. Once I went for shopping and noticed a gel for oily acne prone skin. Biotique Botanicals Bio Chlorophyll Gel - an oil free ant-acne gel and post hair removal soother.
This is my third box of the gel and obviously it has been quite useful for my acne prone skin.
Earlier the bottle was green in colour but the new ones are white with a green cover.

Product description
Its for oily and acne prone skin.To use, apply over cleansed face and neck, morning and evening, to refresh skin. Also recommended for post hair removal, to soothe and condition the skin against redness and irritation.

Packaging
Packaging is not very good but moderate. As the gel is a bit runny, if not closed tightly, it might leak. However, the small size of the container makes it mobile.

My experience
For people with oily skin, this is a very helpful product. It moisturizes and prevents dryness yet does not make your skin oily. It has a refreshing fragrance which makes you feel cool and fresh after application. I have tried massaging with this gel and it is very relaxing and refreshing.
I also use it post waxing. Every time I wax, my skin becomes red so I religiously apply this gel which normalizes my skin.

I will rate Biotique Botanicals Bio Chlorophyll Gel 3.5 out of 5.
I could have given a better rating if the packaging would have been better.

Maybelline Clean Express Total Clean - Review

Today I am going to review a product which is a necessity in every girl's shelf. I am going to review - Maybelline Clean Express Total Clean. I think,makeup removal is more important than applying it. Especially the eye make up removal part. Dried up liner and mascara if not removed properly can have long term damage. For me a good make up remover would be one which quickly removes makeup without hurting your eyes and also which does not dry up the skin. I have been using this product for few months and i really think its good.

The product is a bi phase formula and needs to be shaken well before you pour it in cotton pad.

Packaging
I liked the packaging. The bottle is easy to carry in purse. The piercing on the cap is optimum for allowing a small quantity of the liquid. This prevents too much of liquid from flowing out.

Price is 275/- for 70ml

My experience

I liked the product very much. It lives up to its name, Clean Express and removes makeup quickly. It does not require too many swipes to remove make up. Its quite moisturizing but not very much. After I remove heavy makeup, my eyes feel a dry sometimes. The good thing is that, there is no irritation or cloudiness in the eyes.

Maybelline Bold Matte by Color Sensational - Review (Orange)

Hope yo all are good. Well I am still in a gala post-festive mood which motivated me to buy Maybelline Bold Matte Color - Orange. I have used the 'Crazy for Coffee' of Color Sensational range and I am pretty satisfied with it. The orange shade is absolutely stunning and i love it :)

Product Description

·         Makes your lips gorgeous with its bold matte finished orange shade.

·         Its not at all heavy on your lips, it can be carried for a long time.

·         Its honey nectar ingredients smoothens  your lips  and gives a good protection to it.

     My Experience

     I really like this lipstick as the colour gives me a complete party look. The texture is not too heavy and that makes me comfortable as I don't really go for heavy make-up. It is moisturizing and is comfortable to be worn in this pre-dry season.
