Wagabon Mushroom

Ingredients
Mushroom 13 medium sized
Garlic 1 and a half tsp chopped
Ginger 1 and a half tsp chopped
Chillies 3-4 chopped
Soya sauce 2 tsp
Tomato sauce 1 and a half tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil
Maida 2 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp

Method
Clean the mushrooms well and chop.
In a separate bowl make a thick batter of maida and cornflour with water. Add a pinch of salt to the batter.
Dip the mushrooms in the batter and deep fry them.
In a pan, heat some oil (about 2 tbsp).
Add garlic, ginger, chillies and stir for a minute then add the fried mushrooms.
Add black pepper, salt, soya sauce, tomato sauce and cook for 1-2 minutes. Stir continuously.
Serve hot with chopped carrots and radish.
