This is my first post and I am very excited.
I am going to share with you an easy yet tasty recipe which I made yesterday - Prawn Paradise
Ingredients
Prawns 15 medium sized tiger prawns
Onion chopped 1 tbsp
Carrots chopped 1 and half tbsp
Beans chopped finely 1 and a half tbsp
Capsicum chopped 1 and half tbsp
Baby corn chopped (optional) 1 and half tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste 1 and a half tsp
Tomato puree a small bowl
Cashew nut paste 2 tbsp
Turmeric a pinch
Chili powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Milk a medium sized cup
Oil
Method
Heat oil in a pan.
Add onions and stir. Let the onions turn golden brown.
Then add ginger garlic paste, red chili powder and turmeric powder.
Let the spices cook for some time.
Then add tomato puree.
Cook for some time and add cashew nut paste. Cook for about 4 minutes.
Then add the vegetables and cook for 2 minutes and add the prawns and salt
Then add milk. Cook till the prawns become bright orange in colour and the milk is absorbed.
Serve hot and enjoy :)
